Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and the original invoice.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Items are missing from your order

Exceptions:

  • Personalized or custom products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective

  • Items purchased from third-party retailers must follow the retailer’s return policy

  • Accessories or items under promotional sales may be non-returnable

  • Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.

  • Pickup will be arranged by our logistics partner, subject to their availability and service coverage.

  • In cases where pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product and provide proof of dispatch.

Inspection & Refund Process

  • Once the product is received at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check (QC).

  • If the return is approved, the refund will be processed via digital mode (as decided by the company) within 10–15 business days.

  • Refunds will only be initiated after the product is received and passes QC.

  • If the product is used, damaged, or missing tags, the return/exchange request may be rejected.

Shipping Charges

  • In case of a defective or incorrect product, return shipping is free.

  • For all other reasons, shipping charges will be borne by the customer on actuals.

Important Notes

  • Risk of damage or loss remains with the customer until the product is received and cleared by QC.

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Any changes to this policy will be updated on our website.
