Move Meant International Warranty – Terms & Conditions
At Move Meant Private Limited, we stand by the quality of our travel gear. Our products are covered by an International Warranty, valid for the first purchaser or gift recipient, starting from the date of purchase and for the period mentioned in the authorized Warranty Card.
If your product develops a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.
What the Warranty Covers

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period.

Repair or replacement of the defective product, as deemed appropriate by Move Meant.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
Please note that this warranty is not unconditional. It does not cover the following:

Defects not reported to the company within the warranty period.

Damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, mishandling, negligence, unauthorized repairs, tampering, loss of components/accessories, or exposure to extreme conditions (heat, solvents, acids, rain/water, etc.).

Powder coating, gold plating, wood finishes on locks, frames, channels, or metallic surfaces.

Replacement or repair of briefcase folios and suitcase divider flaps.

Wear & tear, including zip bursts, cracks, dents, scratches, tearing of fabric or inner lining.

Incidental or consequential damages (loss of use, time, or expenses).

Damage to leather trimmings.

Labour charges or damage from services performed by unauthorized persons.

Damages caused during transit due to mishandling or abuse.
Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid only if the Warranty Card is filled in, signed, and stamped by an authorized Move Meant dealer/store/outlet.

To claim warranty service, you must provide:

The original Warranty Card, and

The original purchase invoice along with the defective product.

The warranty applies worldwide (200+ countries). However, customers are responsible for all efforts and costs related to sending the defective product to Move Meant, including packaging, shipping, and applicable taxes.

Legal Terms

Any disputes relating to this warranty are subject to Indian laws.

The courts at Karnal District shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
